A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY

Philip McKinnon, the Creative/Artistic Director of BLOW, happily returned to New Zealand in 2007 after spending many years in Kensington, London. There, he worked alongside renowned stylists across Europe and the UK, perfecting his hairdressing skills and gaining valuable experience.
Philip has developed a black-and-white approach to great hair; it must be precise and bold, reflecting the brand's logo. Philip's dedication to building a lively and positive environment, using the experience as a point of difference in both his Mt Maunganui and Tauranga salons, has nurtured a talented, experienced team that radiates 'good vibes', listens attentively, executes skillfully, but can combine their own take to support creativity with precision. His passion has helped BLOW Hair Co become the top salon in Mt Maunganui, Papamoa, Tauranga, and across the Bay of Plenty since it first opened in 2007. |
